Competenze
- The Municipal Secretary ensures legal-administrative assistance to the governing bodies of the Municipality in order to ensure compliance of the administrative action with the laws, the statute and the regulations.
- In addition to the competences established by law, the Mayor can assign other functions to the Municipal Secretary.
- The Municipal Secretary oversees the performance of the functions of the managers and coordinates their activity ensuring the operational unity of the municipal organization in pursuit of the guidelines expressed by the governing bodies.
