In relation to the growing demand for fire prevention services associated with entrepreneurial, commercial and building initiatives undertaken in the Ampezzo area in view of the forthcoming Milan Cortina 2016 Olympic Games, the Fire Brigade Command of Belluno intended to launch an initiative to allow more direct and easier access to the technical-administrative consultancy services already offered by the Fire Prevention Office of the Fire Brigade Headquarters in Belluno.

From 1 March 2023 at the fire brigade detachment of Cortina d'Ampezzo (Via Guide Alpine, 12) the "Fire prevention desk" will be operational, open on Wednesdays, from 10.00 to 12.00 and accessible by appointment (tel 0437940941, Certified E-mail (PEC) Fire Prevention Office: com.prev.belluno@cert.vigilfuoco.it, e-mail Fire Prevention Office: prevenzione.belluno@vigilfuoco.it).
