<p>Following the loss, the citizen can ask the Municipality to reprint one or both halves of the PIN and PUK security codes associated with his CIE 3.0.</p>

The PIN enables the CIE to access the services offered by public administrations and private individuals.
The PUK unlocks the CIE after three incorrect PIN entry attempts.
Come fare
Use a smartphone with an NFC interface or a computer with a contactless smartcard reader and the PIN associated with the CIE
